CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your SEP Beauty item purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange for another item. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased Online, either placed on maccosmetics.com, please click HERE for step-by-step directions on returning in-store or by mail.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible at (+82) 1577-0800 for assistance.

WHEN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM, THERE ARE TWO TRANSACTIONS ON MY CREDIT CARD. CAN YOU EXPLAIN?

When an exchange is requested, it is completed in two steps:
1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.
Two transactions will be posted to your account: a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. While both transactions are processed in our systems at the same time, please note that the issuing bank/credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

HOW CAN I BOOK A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?

We’d love to do your makeup! Appointments are booked individually by store so select a location and call directly for scheduling and costs.
